WHAT WILL WE DO?
INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT 1
This intellectual output consists in the design and development of a self-evaluation tool to help NGOs, agencies and other kind of institutions active in the field of volunteering to identify social, civic and transversal skill deficiencies or gaps within their young volunteer work force, in order to design and project a skills path with the help of the curriculum and the implementation of workshops within their lifelong learning process.
The self-evaluation tool will consist of a set of items or questions that will be answered by the young volunteers to assess their skills deficiencies to develop a volunteer work of high quality.

This second intellectual output comprehends two main activities:
• Activity 1 (A1): Design of a Curriculum in order to fill the skills gap and improve
young volunteers’ social performance.
• Activity 2 (A2): Implement workshops on skills and competences (implementation
of the Curriculum).

Collaborative portal for European young volunteers

This third intellectual output, leaded by eShopSystem, is aimed to the creation of a Collaborative portal of young European volunteers. It is envisaged to provide enough open tools to enable young volunteers to exchange experiences, contents and approaches in the field of volunteering.
